Measuring Service

This is our first meeting with you. We will have a general chat about your planned project and what we can do to help you. We’ll discuss the use of materials, time frames and answer any questions you may have; and take measurements. Any planning considerations would be actioned at this stage to avoid any delays.

Plans & Quotation

Once we have the measurements we can start drawing up plans and submit a quotation for your approval. Every project we carry out has a site manager who you will have direct contact with. If you’re happy with the quotation, a start date will be arranged and materials ordered. A schedule of works document will be drawn up giving you a complete overview of your project.

During works

We know how disruptive building works can be on you and your family, and we will do our utmost to keep the disruption to a minimum. A site manager will be checking works carried out by our staff, and where necessary planning department visits.

Commissioning

Once all works have been carried out, any documents that require sign off for building regulations will be completed by the site manager. The site manager will inspect alongside you to ensure that all works have been completed, and any issues have been documented.
